There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds on the second bedroom with  a bathroom in between.

The ground floor of the house includes the kitchen and pantry, the dinning room area as well as the living room. There is a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washing machine is located in an area adjacent to the house.

There is a private back yard with magnificent views as well as a community swimming pool for your enjoyment. There is only three more homes in this small community and of course the home of the “cuidador” who will assist you with all your housekeeping needs if so you desire, that way you can have all the time to enjoy.

This home is very close to public transportation. There is also a taxi stop within walking distance. The one way trip to downtown will cost approximately 3 US dollars and will take between 10 to 15 minutes.

There is a supermarket. There is also several family restaurants close by. The Cuernavaca Tennis Club is at 10 minute walking distance. There is a video club, pharmacy and a catholic church nearby.
